Questions, answered straight.

What does a custom platform cost?

It depends on scope, which is why we work in fixed-quote phases, starting with a small Blueprint stage. You always know the price of the next phase before committing to it, and there are no surprise invoices mid-build.

How long before my team is using it?

A first production release typically lands in 8–16 weeks, but usable slices arrive well before that: your team is usually working inside the system while it’s still being built.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

That’s usually the point. Payments, marketplaces, accounting, legacy databases, government portals. Integration is one of the five layers we draw into every platform.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Source code, documentation, data, and infrastructure accounts are handed over in your name. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing.

What happens after launch?

Systems we build don’t get abandoned. Ongoing support and evolution is its own practice here: monitoring, iteration, and the changes your operation needs as it grows.

We’re not in Malaysia. Does that matter?

Most of our clients aren’t. We’ve delivered platforms across ten-plus countries, work async-friendly across time zones, and everything about our process is built for remote collaboration.
