Sell everywhere.
Count it once.
Storefront, marketplaces, and POS selling from a single stock truth, with payments, fulfilment, and accounting wired in behind the counter. Not a theme with a checkout bolted on.

Fig. C1.2The leak ledger
Where multi-channel retail leaks money.
Selling on more channels multiplies revenue, and multiplies every gap between your systems. The ledger usually reads like this:
Two channels sold the last unit at the same time.
refund + apologyThe bestseller sat out of stock, but only on one marketplace, so nobody noticed.
nine days of zeroMarketplace fees and commissions that no one reconciles against payouts.
year-end surpriseEvery order retyped from the marketplace screen into the courier portal.
hours, dailyFour channels, four dashboards, and no single answer to “how did we do today?”
no answerEvery line on this ledger is a systems problem wearing a retail costume.
Fig. C1.3One till
Every channel, one count.
The platform sits behind everything you sell through. Orders flow in from every channel, one inventory answers all of them, and the back room runs off the same number.

Fig. C1.4On the shelf
What a commerce platform includes.
Not modules from a price list: one connected system. These are the counters it covers:
Storefront & checkout
Fast, conversion-tuned, and wired straight into stock and payments: the shop window with a real shop behind it.
Marketplace & channel sync
Listings, prices, stock, and orders synced across marketplaces: every channel selling from the same shelf.
POS & counter sales
The physical counter sells from the same inventory as the site, and reports into the same till.
Inventory & warehouse
One stock truth across locations: reservations, transfers, counts, and the pick-pack-ship flow behind them.
Payments & reconciliation
Gateways, payouts, fees, and refunds matched to orders automatically. Your accountant will notice the difference.
Wholesale & B2B portals
Trade customers with their own prices, terms, and ordering portal, running on the same stock and the same truth.

Sometimes a theme store is plenty.
Off-the-shelf store builders are genuinely good at what they’re for. The platform conversation starts where they stop:
A theme store is right when
- You sell through one channel, online only
- The catalog is simple and stock lives in one place
- One person can still run the whole operation
- Standard checkout-to-courier fulfilment covers you
A commerce platform pays when
- You sell across site, marketplaces, and a counter at once
- Stock lives in more than one place, and oversells prove it
- Fulfilment has real workflow: picking, transfers, batching
- Wholesale and retail need different prices on the same stock
And if the problem is visitors who don’t buy, that’s conversion, a different discipline. That’s the web design service

One brand, every counter.
A growing consumer brand with orders, inventory, and warehousing living in separate worlds. We built the platform and backend that now run the operation end to end: from the storefront through inventory to the warehouse floor, automated in one system.

Fig. C1.8Asked often
Questions, answered straight.
Is this instead of Shopify or WooCommerce?
Not necessarily. Proven commerce foundations are excellent at what they do, and we build on them where they fit. “Platform” means the connected whole: storefront, marketplaces, POS, inventory, payments, fulfilment acting as one system. Sometimes that’s built around your existing store; sometimes it replaces it. The audit tells us which.
Can you keep our current store and just fix the chaos behind it?
Often, yes. If the storefront works, we wire the platform in behind it: one inventory, synced channels, automated fulfilment. You keep the shop your customers know while the back room stops running on copy-paste.
Which marketplaces can you connect?
The majors, global and regional, plus couriers, gateways, and accounting tools. And when something has no official integration, building the bridge anyway is precisely our comfort zone.
What happens to our product data and order history?
It migrates: catalog, customers, and history move into the new stock truth, verified against the old system before anything is switched. Migration surprises found early are cheap; found late, expensive. So we find them early.
Do you handle the POS hardware side?
We build and connect the software side (the counter app, the sync, the reporting), and it runs on standard hardware: tablets, scanners, receipt printers. No proprietary till you’re locked into.
What does it cost?
Phased and quoted per stage, like everything we do. “Count the shop” is a small fixed fee that produces the map and the plan: you’ll know the full picture before committing to any build.

Sell everywhere. Count it once.
Bring your channel list: where you sell, where stock lives, who retypes what. One conversation and we’ll draw the till your operation deserves. And if a theme store honestly covers you, we’ll say exactly that.
