The short version
We collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply and to do the work you ask for, and we don’t track you on this site. That is the whole policy; the rest is detail.
What this site collects by itself
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by us. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to a third-party font service.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (the address a request came from, the page requested, and the time) to run the service and keep it secure. Those logs are handled under Cloudflare’s own policies and we don’t use them to identify visitors.
What you choose to send us
The consultation form asks for your name, a work email, and a description of what you’re trying to build, plus optional details: organization, phone, preferred times, your time zone, and how you’d like to talk. The request is delivered to our mailbox through our email delivery provider (Resend) and lives in that mailbox. If the form falls back to your own mail app, the message travels through your email provider instead, like any other email.
If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by those services under their own terms. We use what you send to reply and, if we end up working together, to do the work. We do not add you to marketing lists or automated sequences.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as it takes to deal with them and for our own records, and we delete them on request. If you become a client, project records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long as Malaysian law requires us to keep business records.
Who else sees it
Nobody, apart from the providers that carry your message (hosting, email delivery, and messaging). And they see it only to deliver it, never for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data.
Our apps
This page covers this website only. Apps we run, such as Roster, handle customer data under their own terms, which are shown inside each app and on its own site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and whatever law applies where you are. Write to the address below; the reply comes from the same address, from a person.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won’t rewrite it quietly.
