## Questions, answered straight.

### We already have Power BI / Tableau. Isn’t that analytics?

Those are excellent visualization tools, sitting on top of the hard part. The hard part is underneath: connected sources, agreed definitions, and numbers people trust. We build that layer; your BI tools are welcome to sit on it.

### Every office defines “enrolled student” differently. Can software fix that?

Software plus governance can. Definitions get agreed once, encoded into the platform, and applied everywhere. And where offices genuinely need different definitions, each is named and visible instead of silently colliding in a ranking submission.

### Our data lives in an old SIS, an LMS, and finance software that don’t talk.

That’s the normal starting point, not a dealbreaker. Connecting institutional systems, including elderly ones with no API, is the foundation stage of every build, and legacy is our comfort zone.

### Can it produce the ministry’s exact template?

Yes: that’s the point. Templates and portals change; the mappings are maintained as part of ongoing support, so next cycle’s submission is a regeneration, not a rebuild.

### How disruptive is this for our staff?

Deliberately gentle. Nothing is replaced on day one: the platform reads from the systems staff already use, joins the data, and serves it back faster than the old way. Adoption comes from usefulness, not mandates.

### How is it priced?
