Era 01 ### The first systems We started where most of our clients still are: businesses that had outgrown spreadsheets, and websites that looked fine but sold nothing. Building both taught us the lesson the whole firm rests on: the back office and the front of the shop are one system. Era 02 ### The measurement years Then came the rankings industry. As technology vendor to a global university-rankings organization, and long-term partner to a regional higher-ed intelligence company, we built and ran the platforms that receive institutional data from hundreds of universities. Seeing exactly what institutions are measured on, and where their systems fail them, became a division of its own. Era 03 ### Two practices, one architect Client by client, the work sorted itself into two practices: Systems, for how organizations run, and Commerce & Growth, for how they sell. Most firms do one. We kept both, because the connection between them is where the value lives. Era 04 ### Products Some problems we solved so many times that solving them once, properly, made more sense. Roster (clock-in to payslip for multi-outlet operators) is the first app in a growing gallery. Built, run, and supported by the same people who built everything else here.
